XXX 255th Street

XXX 255th Street - this will be our new address in approximately 5 years! We are excited to announce that we purchased a wooded lot of 1.25 acres in Wyoming to build a house on!!! It is located about a 1/2 mile from our current house in a development that is 20 years old. The appraisal states that the lot sits amongst the "Executive Homes of Wyoming"...whatever that means!!! We plan to build our house within 5 years, so we are going to be checking out the Parade of Homes and starting to brainstorm ideas!



We walked around the lot this past spring before the leaves were on the trees and you could actually see. Chadd walked around with a tree guy to get a handle on how many and which trees would need to be cleared out for the house. We will put the house as far back as we can and have a longer driveway to create more privacy.



On the picture above, the lot goes from the little utility box on the left side all the way to the truck. The picture is taken from the road that goes by it. The driveway will most likely be put on the left side by the utility box on the picture above. I know it just looks like a bunch of trees right now, but it's going to be so much fun to turn this lot full of trees into a home filled with love!!!
