Cookies, Hats and Cups

This is all the Christmas baking that has happened at our house. Ashly made two batches of Sugar Cookies. I don't have to make the good stuff because there's gonna be lots when we go home for Christmas! Yummy, I can't wait for mom's (and dad's) cookies!

The cup with the straw you see in the background was a gift for Christopher we got a long time ago, but I just got it out for him for the first time last night for something new. He really liked the straw and the opening and closing of it. However, he wouldn't let go of it when he went to bed. I put him to bed and when I came out of the bedroom I told Chadd that he wouldn't let go of that cup and that is not good because he's gonna wake up and need help with it....sure enough, 230am I had to get up and help him get a drink and then refill it and put him back to sleep holding the cup! I called it. I was kinda hoping I'd be wrong...oh well...

He kinda looks like a little shepherd in a Church Christmas Pageant, but he's just a little boy eating a chicken nugget at the counter with dad's hat on. Very normal, I tell ya!

Boxes, Horses and Suglasses

Here's Christopher playing in a box.

Ashly made it into a little house for him. It lasted all of 20 minutes!

He brought me the sunglasses and wanted them on, then sat at the table and played. Who's kid is this??? Chadd got home from work and walked in the house to see Christopher playing like this. It was hilarious. "Is it a litte bright in here, buddy?" is what Chadd said.

And this is the reason that Christopher did not go to bed until 1030 last night. He was busy feeding the "Neigh" and putting all the "groceries" one by one in the car as seen in the picture below.

Sweater, Car Seats and Trains

Here's the sweater Ashly found for the ugly sweater day at school. It's very old lady like and I think that makes it ugly in our eyes. I hope we don't offend anyone that likes it! Ha!!!

Christopher is sitting in his new carseat my friend gave to us so we can put it in the Yukon!

Christopher looooooooves playing with his trains. That is what we spent the majority of yesterday doing along with playing a Thomas the Train video on TV over and over and over and over...

After the Storm

Last Monday after the storm I didn't work so I took Christopher to the mall and we hung out at the playland. He had so much fun running around. On the first pictures he is on the rides too!

Lorie Line Concert 2010

Every Christmas season Chadd's family (the girls!) go to the Lorie Line Concert. I really enjoy the concert. This year was great. The costumes are fun and the music is beautiful. (Mom, you'll really like it this year. I thought this year was better than last year)

Here is the kids part where the kids dress up and sing "The Twelve Days of Christmas." Ashly, Jackie and Rose were "Eight Maids milking" and not pictured here Lauren was a "Eleven Ladies Dancing."
