The real Captain America

Christopher and Ashly and I were all talking one day and Christopher had on his Captain America mask.  Ashly says to him, "Hey, it's Captain America."  Chris pauses for a minute and says, "Sissy, am I the REAL Captain America?"  Ashly and I both look at each other and laugh.  Our answer?  "Yes, you are the REAL Captain America!!!"  Chris says, "Okay!"

Fire Hydrant

 

So...me and my neighbor were relaxing, chatting while our boys played together.  All of a sudden water starts pouring down the street!  I said, "Um, this is going to be a problem!"  Oh did the boys have fun!  I think they were flushing the fire hydrants and we were just so lucky to be out playing at the time! (note the sarcasm!).  After their shoes and pants were soaked we went in and got rain boots for some more fun!

It takes two

 It sure doesn't take long for Christopher to make a mess and Chester to join in.  Chester happily hopped in the empty toy chest!

Cookies!

Christopher was a great helper this morning as we made Chadd's favorite peanut butter cookies!  He thought the big mixer was cool.  And he liked eating the cookies too!

Buckle your seatbelt

Congratulations to Ashly for passing her driver's test this morning and getting her driver's license!  Yipee!  Hooray! 

Homecoming 2012

 Ashly and Kyle made their shirts for the Homecoming dance.  It was a black light dance so you are supposed to wear white clothes and write all over your clothes and self with highlighters and it glows.  The night before they went to the football game and a bonfire at a friend's house.
