Christopher spent a long time watching the ants crawl around the dirt mounds in the crack in the driveway. When Ashly and I teased him that we were gonna step on them, he defended them. He said, "Noooo" and he put his hand on top of the dirt mounds to protect them, "We can't step on the ants. We have to save the ants."
We got some cute pictures from a couple weekends ago when the kids stayed at Chadd's parents house and went to the Mall of America Nickelodeon Universe.

Christopher looked like he had a blast on the rides!
Our neighbors gave Christopher this three wheeled scooter to learn on. Once he's got it down pat we can get him a two wheeled scooter like every single kid in the neighborhood has! His friend down the street has a Lightening McQueen one so he keeps asking for one, I told him to keep practicing!!! (Is this called "keeping up with the Joneses" syndrome...kid style?)
Christopher loves all his cars. Every time a car goes by on the street he yells, "Hey, I wanna buy that car!" and he keeps yelling it until I acknowledge him, I just haven't figured out exactly how to respond to that so I mumble something each time. He "earned" over half of the cars in the bucket by potty training. I know he's a wee bit spoiled, but it's been fun buying little boy stuff.
What's the best thing in the world to do when you are three years old? Splash in the water!!!
Christopher had so much fun with the melting snow. I think we got used to staying indoors all winter and now he is remembering how much fun it is to play outside!
