Jerky and Bubbles

Christopher was really excited one day to help Chadd make beef jerky.

When Chadd was washing everything up in the sink, Christopher had fun playing with the dish soap bubbles. For some reason he liked to put the bubbles on his tummy!

Christopher fell asleep on the chair for a couple hours in the evening because he just won't take a nap!

We recruited Ashly to help us make chicken and veggies kabobs on the grill and potatoes! Yummy!

Play a game

Chris rounded up some friends, er, I mean, animals to play scooby doo dominos with him.

I asked him to say "cheese"

Then I asked him to smile nicely instead.

When I asked Chris if he remembered who got him this turtle he said, "Uh huh, Nana!" Then he said "I love Nana!" "I love Papa!" "I love Cody!" (Cody is their dog!)

I'm not really sure how the game ended!

New Bed

We opted to get a toddler bed. I was planning on getting a twin bed for him next weekend, and I came home from work today and Chadd showed me this brand new toddler bed for sale on Craig's List so I said, "Let's do it!" Chadd ran and bought the bed and I went to Walmart and I got "Cars" bed in a bag!

Then Chadd took apart the crib...bye, bye crib! We took all the crib and turtle decorations down. It was 3 years ago that I was sitting there watching my husband paint this room and put together the crib...waiting for our little baby boy to arrive. Now look at how big he is! It's no cliche that time goes by so fast!

Christmas Present

Christopher got a Christmas present from his special friend, Braden.
